Now you can be the ultimate grill master by branding your grilled food with this St. Patrick's Shamrock 8-inch black cast branding grill. It turns ordinary grilled hot dogs or brats into works of art. Perfect for celebrating the next Notre Dame victory, St. Patrick's Day, or just displaying your proud Irish heritage.

How it works: Simply set the branding iron on your existing grill rack. Preheat your grill to its highest setting preferably over 300 degrees. Place your hot dog or brat directly on the heated team logo searing the image onto the food as it cooks. Depending on the type of grill and heat you are using it typically takes between 20 seconds - 2 minutes to sear the image on. Once you have seared on your image you can reduce your cooking heat to your preferred cooking temperature and cook your food to your satisfaction
